    You can create an account on the registration page. Go to /registration and use your Facebook, Google or LinkedIn account to sign up. You can also register using your email and a password.

    You can change your username of your profile page. Go to /account and on the tab ‘Account’ you can change your username. You can only change your username a limited amount. If you registered with your Facebook, Google or LinkedIn account you can change it directly. If you registered with your email, you’ll have to verify your email address before you can update your username. You can request for a new verification email by clicking the button on the same page.

    You can change your avator on your profile page. Go to /account and on the tab ‘Account’ you can upload your own avatar. The file size of your avatar can be maximum 5MB. You can delete your avatar by clicking the red button ‘Delete’. If you delete your avatar you’ll automatically get a default avatar.

    You can change your default avator on your profile page. Go to /account and on the tab ‘Account’ you can change the default avatar. Click on the refresh button to change your default avatar. There are a lot of default avatars so choose the one you like.

    You cannot change your email address. If you would like to change your email address please send us an email for more information.
  • question_answerHow can I change my password?
    You can change your password on your profile page. Go to /account and on the tab ‘Password’ you can change your password. You can only change your password if your registered using your email address. If you registered with your Facebook, Google or LinkedIn account you cannot set or change your password. You can also check the checkbox ‘Sign out of all active sessions’ – this is a good idea if you think someone else might have access to your account. You won’t be logged out of your current session.
  • question_answerWhy do I see another city / country in the account activity list?
    These are estimated based on your IP address. The city might be different but the country is usually correct. If you see supicious activity on your account, please contact us directly.

    The most right item (with the three vertical dots) on the top navigation bar has a dropdown with a link to log out.
  • question_answerHow can I reset my password?
    On the /login page you can find click the button ‘Forgot password’. This will redirect you to a reset password page. You’ll get an email with a unique link to reset your password.

    You can click the button ‘Forgot password’ and if you didn’t registered using your email and password we will tell you which social media account you used to register.
  • question_answerHow can I delete my account?
    You can change your password on your profile page. Go to /account and on the tab ‘Password’ scroll down and you’ll find information on how to delete your account. You might not be able to directly delete your account if you still are being billed for a team. You’ll have to stop these subscription before you can delete your account.

    You can enable 2FA on your profile page. Go to the /account and on the tab ‘2-Factor Authenticaion’ you can enable the 2FA. Fill in your country code and phone number, and click continue. Scan the QR code with the 2FA app and fill in the verification code to enable the 2FA.

    You can disable 2FA on your profile page. Go to the /account and on the tab ‘2-Factor Authenticaion’ you can disable the 2FA. Click the disable button and you the 2FA will be disabled.

    You can mute email notification outside your office hours. Go to the /account and on the tab ‘Office Hours’ you can set your working days per week and your estimated working hours. If enabled we won’t send you any emails outside your office hours.

    When enabled we won’t send you any email updates outside your office hours. You fill in the days that you work and your estimated start and end time. This way you’ll only receive updates within your working hours. Outside your office hours we won’t bother you.
